Will Schadty is the Chief Compliance Officer of Harbor Investment Advisory, LLC. He is responsible for management and oversight of all the compliance and risk matters for the firm.
Will brings over 20 years of experience to Harbor from Legg Mason, Smith Barney, & Morgan Stanley. During Will’s career, he has held various positions in the Wealth Management business: New Accounts/Compliance Specialist, Assistant Branch Manager, Financial Advisor, Resident Operations Manager, and for 10 years he has been a Complex Risk Officer. In Will’s previous role he is responsible for all supervisory and compliance oversight for over 70 Financial Advisors. Will’s background provides him a deep understanding and appreciation for all aspects of our business.
Will is a lifelong Baltimore resident: graduating from Archbishop Curley High School and Towson University with a degree in Finance. He lives in Harford County with his wife Jill and their 2 children, daughter Sammi and son Jack. Will is an avid Baltimore Ravens Fan!
