Raymond P. Dean

Ray is Chief Financial Officer of Harbor Investment Advisory, LLC and serves as the Financial and Operations Principal (FinOP) and Registered Options Principal for the firm’s broker-dealer.  He is responsible for the financial and accounting functions, the production of audited financial statements, and supporting the daily management of the firm. Ray works closely with independent and regulatory auditors, as well as payroll, benefits, and insurance providers.

Ray has been with Harbor since its founding in 2009. He began his career in 1993 at Alex. Brown & Sons, and later worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC prior to joining Harbor. Ray earned a BBA degree in Accounting from James Madison University.
