Kelly supports the Kelly Novak Group by managing operational, administrative, and client service functions. She handles asset movements, maintains account documentation, and assists with client-related requests, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.

Prior to joining the team, Kelly worked closely with Harbor’s CEO and Chief of Growth Strategy, supporting firm-wide initiatives and strategic projects. Kelly graduated from Elon University in 2024 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree in Marketing.
