Jessie Willinghan

As a member of the Kelly Novak group, Jessie is dedicated to carrying out the operational and service-oriented tasks necessary to facilitate an excellent client experience. Additionally, Jessie works with each client’s tax and legal professionals to promote a holistic and seamless approach to wealth management.

Jessie joined Harbor Investment Advisory in 2020. Previously, Jessie was a Service Associate at T Rowe Price in Owings Mills. Jessie graduated magna cum laude from Notre Dame of Maryland University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a minor in Economics. Jessie holds the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® and is a 2024 Level II candidate in the CFA program. Jessie is FINRA Series 7 and 66 licensed.

Jessie currently serves on the finance committee for Sister’s Academy of Baltimore, and volunteers for the Elizabeth Morrissy Honors Program at her alma mater.
