J. Thomas Halleron

Prior to joining Harbor Investment Advisory, LLC in 2015, Tom was a Vice-President, Financial Advisor, Portfolio Manager, and Senior Retirement Plan Consultant at UBS.  He began his career with Legg Mason as an Associate Vice-President. Tom holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialistâ„  designations, as well as the Series 7, 63, 65, and 66 securities licenses and the licenses for life, accident and health insurance and variable annuities.

Tom focuses on retirement income planning and Plan Sponsor Evaluation of Employer Sponsored Retirement Plans utilizing Harbor Investment Advisory’s Retirement Plan Consulting Platform.

In 1995, he earned a B.A. in economics from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. Tom and his wife have three children and reside in Timonium, Maryland. When not working or spending time with his family, he enjoys golf and reading.
