Ellen joined Harbor Investment Advisory in 2025 as Managing Director and Chief of Growth Strategy.

Harbor has experienced enduring growth over the past 15 years and Ellen will focus on expanding our organic and inorganic growth initiatives. We seek select advisory teams that value the advantages of an independent firm’s partnership structure with an objective and sophisticated wealth management platform focused solely on serving clients, while in an environment devoid of corporate distractions.

Ellen began her career at Morgan Stanley in 1995 as a Financial Advisor, following in the footsteps of her grandfather, who also served as a Financial Advisor at the firm. Over time, Ellen transitioned into leadership roles, demonstrating a unique ability to support and grow high-performing teams. Most recently, she spent two decades at UBS, where she served as Market Executive of the UBS Mid-Atlantic Market. Her leadership team consisted of 20 Managers, Administrative and Supervisory Officers, along with over 200 Financial Advisors and Support Staff. Her client-focused perspective informed her management approach, ensuring that both advisors and their clients received the highest level of support, service, and strategic guidance.
