Wealth Management Group Joins Harbor Advisory

Lutherville, Maryland, July 28, 2017Harbor Investment Advisory, LLC (“Harbor Advisory”), is pleased to announce that Paul M. Fox, CFP©, CRPC©, CIMA©, CAIA©, Jennifer L. Winslow, CFP©, CRPC©, A. Patrick Boykin and Janet C. Marquardt CRPC©, have joined the firm as the Artisan Wealth Advisory Group. They will be transitioning approximately $390 million in assets to Harbor, increasing total assets under management to $4 billion.

Paul Fox joins Harbor Advisory as a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager from Morgan Stanley and predecessor firm Smith Barney, where he was a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor for 23 years. Paul was recognized as a Financial Times 400 Top Financial Advisors in 2015 and 2016.

Jennifer L. Winslow joins the firm as a Director, Portfolio Manager. She was a Vice President, Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney for 9 years. Prior to joining Citigroup’s Smith Barney Wealth Management unit, Jennifer was a Vice President in the Commercial Banking Group for Citigroup.

Patrick Boykin and Janet Marquardt each join Harbor Advisory as Associate Vice President and Client Relationship Manager. Mr. Boykin was a Senior Registered Service Associate with Morgan Stanley, and predecessor firm Smith Barney for 8 years. Ms. Marquardt has 24 years of industry experience and joins Harbor Advisory from Raymond James Financial Services, where she served as a Registered Sales Associate for 9 years. Prior to Raymond James, Ms. Marquardt spent 14 years with Smith Barney.
