Debbie Cameron

Debbie has had 25 years of experience in the financial industry beginning at Alex Brown, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and for the past seven years at Harbor Investment Advisory. During this time, she has worked successfully with corporate executives, high net worth families, endowments and with large retirement plans. The needs of her clients always come first.

She is FINRA Series 6, 7, 63 and 65. Additionally, she has successfully completed Portfolio Management and Retirement Planning coursework both at Alex Brown and at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. The core of her practice involves financial planning, design of a customized portfolio that meets client’s short and long term needs, careful monitoring of client assets, coordination with tax and legal advisors and referrals to appropriate professionals as needed. The overarching goal is to preserve wealth, provide opportunities for growth and to ensure that client goals are achieved.

Debbie is very committed to the City and has served on a variety of boards over the years including the BSO, Maryland State Arts Council, Thread, Parks and People Foundation. Currently she is on the Baltimore Tree Trust Board and School Colors, a school uniform project. She manages all aspects of the parks for the Otterbein Community, in downtown Baltimore, where she and her husband live.
